Capabilities

The advantage of a cafeteria plan is that the individual employee may choose only those benefits they need or desire.  The Client may choose to pay for the employees' benefits in full or in part, or have the employees pay on their own coverage.  We also offer various employee discount program packages to Bush Gardens, Universal Studios, Sea World as well as membership programs for SAM's and BJ's.  We are constantly striving to improve the list of benefits for you and your workers, while keeping the cost of these programs as low as possible.
