- 401(k) Retirement Plan

The term "401(k) refers to a special kind of
qualified savings plan named for a section of the Internal Revenue
code which allows for a "cash deferred arrangement" type of
retirement plan whereby you can contribute and accumulate savings on a
tax-favored basis. Contributions to such a plan must be made by
payroll deduction. Our plan is administered by us and run by The New
England Mutual Insurance Company, based in Boston, Massachusetts.
