Celebrating Our 15th Year in Business

 

Meet Jay Tonkin,
the Founder,
Current Owner,
and CEO of
Allegiant Management Corporation

In 1987, citing the need to bring the benefits and services normally found in large corporations to the owners and employees of smaller companies, I incorporated Allegiant Management Corporation.  Beginning with only a handful of New Hampshire clients and a small, dedicated staff of four people, all wearing a number of different hats - payroll, health insurance, human resources, worker's comp and personnel - the company started out on its way to becoming one of the premier employee leasing companies serving the New England area.  In May of 1992, Allegiant purchased a standalone building in Rye, NH, making this our new corporate headquarters.

I am proud to say that six of our starting company employees are still with us today.  As we begin celebrating our 15th year as a company, Allegiant is now servicing clients in 15 states from coast to coast and Hawaii. I have to say that one of the keys to our success is the fact that we still cater to the needs of small clients and consider Client Satisfaction to be our primary goal.
